Ghanaian Reggae-dancehall artist Rudebwoy Ranking is reportedly dead after battling short illness.
According to a report in the early hours of Monday, April, 24, 2023, his cause of death was sketchy, but he died of undisclosed illness at Ridge Hospital, Accra.
Rudebwoy Ranking, whose real name is Mustapha Rahman, is known for turning sensitive social issues into sweet, powerful lyrics when flowing on dancehall reggae beats.
The 31-year-old Nima born is considered one of the best reggae dancehall artists in Ghana, especially in Africa, and he made his debut in Ghana music industry in 2015.
He won his first award in 2015 after bagging the “Discovery Of The Year” award at the Bass Awards. He then released his debut album Elevation-Time on September 12, 2016.
He has worked with several iconic Ghanaian artists like Shatta Wale, Episode, Samini, Edem, Ras Kuuku, EL, Luther among others.
Meanwhile, the family of the deceased is yet to officially speak out and announce their beloved son’s death on social media.
