Black Sherif has been accused by section of Ghanaians of allegedly pitching himself to the Illuminati, following his debut concert in the US at the just ended Palladium Times Square.
Blacko trended heavily online, with many praising him for his outstanding stage craft delivery and lighting setup at his “Sherif Live in Concert” performance.
Others criticised the rapper for a “Baphomet symbol-like” photo, captured during his onstage performance, claiming he has sold his soul to the devil in order to join the Illuminati.
Additionally, there was his tattoo, which sparked outrage among Ghanaians who confirmed he had become an integral part of their society.

Black Sherif Tattoos
Black Sherif has five tattoos on both of his hands. He has a Baphomet goat head tattoo on his right arm, Kwaku the Traveller tattoo as well as others before entering the spotlight with his first smash hit track “First Sermon.

1. Mountain Goat tattoo
In an interview with Talkertainment on Ghanaweb in May 2022, Black Sherif threw more light on his tattoos, explaining that the “Mountain Goat” tattoo represents perseverance, power, life, and fertility. It had been inked from the back of his left hand to the elbow.
2. Flames Tattoo
Blacko also have the “Flames tattoo” at the left hand which represent life and destruction as one would say it reflecting on his musical career. He showed his tattoo to Elsie Lamar during his discussion on Ghanaweb.
3. The Mom Tattoo
Black Sherif has another tattoo on the right hand which also symbolizes the love and appreciation he has for his mother. It called “The Mom Tattoo”
4. Bat Tattoo
The Bat tattoo has been inked at the back of Black Sherif’s palm which to some tattoo enthusiasts believe it a symbol of Protection, Good luck and prosperity.
5. Kwaku The Traveller Tattoo
The kwaku the traveller tattoo best illustrates and depicts how a young man named “Kwaku” is willing to strive hard and achieve his dreams despite many obstacles in his way. Kwaku the traveller is a moniker given to Blacko Sherif when he began music and was used as a title of one of his debut album’s tracks “the villain I never was.”
