Reggae-Dancehall musician, Shatta Wale, has gifted a brand new car to popular Kumawood actor Dr Likee, also known as Akabenezer.
Dr. Likee was given the Hyundai Elantra after being named Shaxi’s brand ambassador during the activation in Kumasi held on Friday, March 24, 2023.
Akabenezer  received a one-year free car maintenance from the management and board of Shaxi during the presentation led by presenter Sammy Flex and his crew.Â
During the presentation at the yet-to-be-opened office in Ahodwo in the same building as Chrystal Rose Hotel Annex, he also received a cash prize of GHS 5,000 as part of the token to fuel the car.
Dr. Likee and his colleague actors received the car, as did the media people and bloggers in attendance at the activation.
Prior to his new role as the brand ambassador for ride-hailing app shaxi, Dr. Likee had spoken highly of Shatta Wale in recent weeks, claiming that he has been supporting his acting career.Â
He admires the Shatta Movement boss for his selfless and kind acts, as well as his decision not to make his charitable works public.

“He gives me money to help the youth from the streets and those from prisons, and that was why I decided to promote his SHAXI business when he started promoting it,” Dr. Likee said in an interview.
