This comes few days after he announced the real estate business during his performance at the Guinness Accravaganza show.
Shatta Wale paused his live performance to generously gift five devoted fans with GHS1,000 each as a means of expressing appreciation.

The suspense surrounding PhilBro Homes’ official launch was partially eased when Shatta Wale used his Snapchat handle to share a video showing the buildings’ near-complete state.
