Ghanaian Hiplife musician Kojo Ansah Asare, popularity known as Yaa Pono or Ponobiom, has appeared in the Ghana trends on Twitter following the release of a song titled Yard.

This comes after legendary Bob Marley and the Wailers featured Sarkodie on the ‘Stir It Up’ remix song, which got industry folks and netizens talking as the rapper received huge congratulations for that feat.

Other music fans and fans shared their thoughts, claiming that the song falls short of expectations because Sarkodie isn’t the right artist to be on the song.

However, Yaa Pono, who popped up from nowhere on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, shook the birds’ nest by delivering a hot freestyle song in which he threw subliminal shots to the rapper as well as some industry gatekeepers.

In one verse of the rapper’s song, he says, ‘Since when did we feature a dead ? This was perceived by the netizens as a diss song to Sarkodie for his collaboration with Bob Marley.
