Elon Musk’s Twitter has begun removing the blue verification blue badge from users who have not signed up for its subscription service by Thursday, April 20, 2023.
On Wednesday, April 19, 2023, the new App feature exercise was started to alert all verified Twitter users to sign up for the subscription service.
Twitter Blue, which relaunched in December 2022, allows users to pay their monthly fee to get for a blue checkmark.

Edit Tweet, Bookmark folders, longer video upload, and more options are available to Twitter Blue users.
Many celebrities’ accounts, including Shatta Wale, Sarkodie, Black Sherif, Stonebwoy, Gyakie, Wizkid, <strong>Davido</strong>, Tems, <strong>Ronaldo</strong>, Bill Gates, and Drake, have lost their blue check marks as Twitter removes legacy verification.
