The sad story of Okomfour Kwadee continues to swirling as a video of the renowned Ghanaian Hi-life artist opening up about his life struggles resurfaced online.
The video, which is circulating on the internet, shows Kwadee, who is currently in his late 40s, accusing his mother of making him aimless.
Since Kwadee’s current status, in which he looks unrecognized and distressed, many people have urged stakeholders to help the rapper.
According to them, Okomfour has not received the necessary care for over a decade, despite his significant contribution to Ghana’s music industry.
However, a resurfaced video has emerged online, depicting Okomfour kwadee criticising his mother for making his life futile.
Kwadee expresses his frustrations in the video about his mum, stating that she reportedly interfered with and sabotaged his career.
“It’s like I am aimless in Accra. I don’t understand a bit of it. Normally I’m silent about what she does but I don’t understand. She should come for me and take me to wherever she wants and let everyone forget the case.” – he said as quoted by yen.com.gh
The ‘Ofie Nipa’ hitmaker sounded defeated as he said he was no longer interested in the money he had made from his music and the properties he had given to his mum.
The video confirms Ohemaa Woyeje’s recent assertion that Kwadee’s mother has always been against his son’s music career and believes the embattled rapper’s sponsors may draw him back into his passion.
