Jamaican reggae-dancehall artist, Shawn Storm has named Shatta Wale the King of Dancehall in Africa as he sends a shoutout to the Ghanaian musician in a recent interview.
Speaking with famous broadcaster Winford Williams on OnStage TV, Shawn Storm, a member of Vybz Kartel’s ‘Gazanation’ musical group, praised Shatta Wale for his influence and commitment to the dancehall music fraternity.
His comments came when questioned about his plans to travel Africa for a show with Vybz Kartel, who recently was released from prison and has announced a concert for December 31.

Among the countries he mentioned were Ghana, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, and Nigeria, all of which wanted to collaborate with the Worl’ Boss in order to perform in the continent.

In other news, Stonebwoy has said why he does not throw money at fans, saying it is disrespectful to do so.
In a recent interview, he made this claim in response to some critics’ “stingy tag.”
According to Stonebwoy, it is not his habits to engage in such acts, but handing money to fans rather than splashing it on them has been his approach.
“I have never liked the habit of throwing money on fans. It is a disrespect to do that to people. If I move out and throw money at people, one person might claim all of it. — he told presenter Emmanuel Quest.
