Ghanaian media broadcaster and political commentator, Blakk Rasta blasts Stonebwoy for his outbursts about the Grammy article snub, stating he should humble himself because he is not a hiplife musician.
According to Blakk Rasta, Stonebwoy had never been considered as a hiplife musician because he was young and tedding when the genre was popular.
He made these statements in response to Stonebwoy’s previous comments on Grammy, which highlighted Shatta Wale as one of the artists that had contributed to the genre since its birth.
In response to Stonebwoy’s Grammys absence, Blakk Rasta challenged the musician to stop claiming to be a legend and one of the pioneers of hiplife.
He says that Shatta Wale’s career as a musician in the Ghana music scene can be regarded legendary, as opposed to Stonebwoy, who has recently gained popularity.
He stresses that Stonebwoy should humble himself because he is not on the same level as his fellow artist Shatta Wale he made his debut in the music industry.

Blakk explained why Stonebwoy is not Shatta Wale’s mate, pointing out that the SM boss is only a few months older than Samini, who nurtured Stonebwoy during his time at High Grade Family when Shatta Wale was already famous.
