Nigerian musician Rema who is best known for his single “Calm Down is set to collaborate with renowned rapper and singer Drake on a song titled ‘Mention Me’.

The song, which also features Tems, leaked on social media on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, along with Drake’s recording of 100 gigabytes.

The Canadian rapper had his 100 GB files leaked and made their way onto the internet during his recent feud with Kendrick Lamar.

The site as to which the contents was leaked on goes by the name 100GIGFORYOURHEADTOP which depicts Rema video, Drake and Rihanna reheasing in a studio among other artistes.

However, Drake, Rema, and Tems’ collaboration was first shared on the X platform, formerly known as Twitter.

The “God’s Plan” singer’s response to the exclusive photo of his files did not specify a time or date for the song’s release, but the revelation piqued the interest of many fans who are anxious to hear the unreleased music.

Drake expresses his pleasure at finally having Rema on one song after waiting for his verse to finish recording.

“I’ve waited for this all my life” — Drake said after receiving Rema’s verse on his yet-to-be- dropped tune.

Rema was recently invited by FC Barcelona and inspired the club’s players, including Lewandowski and Alejandro Balde, to dance to his song and perform Nigerian cultural dances.

The reason for his visit to a European top tier team’s training facility was part of his impending concert.
