In an unexpected turn of events, there is an alleged list of potential victims and accusers who are ready to testify against Diddy in court following the rapper’s relationship tips trafficking case.
The list, referred to as “Victim 5,” was revealed by the feds on Friday, May 9, 2025, and it is primarily for witnesses who want to serve as evidence that Diddy committed an act of sɛ.xual misconduct as part of his trial processes.
Diddy, who is now on trial in New York, was initially charged with many allegations with several A-list celebrities names’ mentioned at the jury selection on May 6, 2025.
During the hearing, over 150 potential jurors were given a list of at least 190 people, including public figures, and asked to indicate which names they recognised.
It is unclear whether the names on the list relate to Combs’ trial, Newsweek also reported.
US District judge, Arun Subramanian at the court hearing revealed that, the list which includes; Michael B. Jordan and Kanye West was particularly long adding, “I felt like I was reading an appendix from The Lord of the Rings.”
The inclusion of the names does not mean that they will be called as witnesses or named again in court proceedings.
However, Diddy is facing testimony from multiple victims in a trafficking lawsuit, as accusers and complainants are willing to expose his past wrongdoings connected to his uncharged criminal case.
Although more names have yet to be revealed, Cassie Ventura is one of Diddy’s victims, and prosecutors might use her assault video in which Combs beat his then-girlfriend after being recorded on camera.

Arun Subramanian dismissed the “Victim 5” on Friday, asserting that anonymity will not be given in the trial, according to TMZ.
Prior to the disclosure of legal documents, prosecutors buried the existence of a fifth accused victim in the indictment for months, but “Victim 5” only appeared in court on Friday while Diddy’s trial proceeded.
