Seasoned Ghanaian actress, Martha Ankomah’s defamation lawsuit against comic actor, Lilwin has been dismissed and it’ll now to be resolved privately.
It is reported that Lilwin’s legal team requested that Martha withdraw the lawsuit and seek an amicable resolution outside of court.

The two celebrities have been on each other’s neck after a video surfaced was posted online which showed Lilwin blasting Martha Ankomah, stemming from her alleged negative remarks about Kumawood films.
According to sources, Martha Ankomah turned down a movie gig criticizing their storylines as poor and their production quality as substandard.

Justice Forson Agyapong Baah, the presiding judge, has therefore recognized this development and has rescheduled the case for August 15, 2024, to formalize the settlement.
Prior to settling the matter out of court, Martha Ankomah sought GHC5 million in damages, compensatory and aggravated damages, an apology, retraction, and an injunction against future defamatory statements.
Meanwhile, Lil Win has yet to spoken about his alternative dispute resolution with his colleague actress, Martha Ankomah.
