It was a sad day for a man wearing NPP’s ‘4 more to do more’ t-shirt as he was apprehended after stealing 5 kilograms of rice from a provision shop.
The funny yet sad incident was captured on video and has sparked widespread reactions on social media.
In the video sighted on Edhub page on X, a man was holding the alleged elderly thief and questioning him as to why he decided to do what he did.
