Born on 16 February 1967 in Asokwa, Kumasi, Ghana, Nana Yaa Jantuah started her career journey at a young age.
She grew up in a politically active family led by his uncles and father, who was also a well-known member of the Movement for Freedom and Justice.
Nana Yaa Jantuah received primary and secondary education in Kumasi, Ashanti Region. She graduated from the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) with a master’s degree in both Governance and Leadership and Public Relations.
Growing up, Jantuah developed a strong interest in journalism, but her father recommended her to pursue law instead because the profession is not lucrative.
Despite the discouragement, she pursued the degree and ventured into public relations until her recent diversion into full-time politics, having worked at the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) after graduating from journalism school.
