Multiple award-winning artist, Shatta Wale officially launched his new girlfriend and fiancée, Yvonne aka ’Maali’
This followed his encounter with Abena Korkor at Medikal’s ‘Planning and Plotting’ album listening event, where they shared a kiss that caused a massive stir online.
Shatta Wale has experienced several divorces and breakups over the years, including his well-known split with media personality and singer Shatta Michy.
After parting ways with Michy, Elfreda suddenly appeared in his life, but their relationship ended during the singer’s tour in the United States after just two months.
The reason behind Shatta Wale and ElFreda’s breakup remains unknown, but it was rumored that Wale was unhappy with ElFreda’s attempts to control him, as he subtly claimed in a previous his post on Instagram.
Shatta Wale was also rumored to be dating Magluv, which gained attention after ElFreda’s introduction, leading to online chaos and speculation that the socialite was also romantically having affair with the SM boss.

However, on Saturday, September 30, 2023, Shatta Wale took to social media to officially announce his romantic relationship with “Yvonne.”

He deleted all his Instagram posts as he expressed his affection by posting a photo of his new girlfriend, pointing out that he had completely fallen for her.

According to helloybes independent checks, Shatta Wale and Yvonne (Maali) began dating several months ago, following the departure of his ex-girlfriend, Elfreda, in December last year.
The name ‘Maali’ may have inspired Shatta’s ‘Maali’ album, which was released earlier this year.
