Shatta Wale has penned an open letter to newly elected president of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Adekunle Tinubu, claiming to be the son of incoming president due to their resemblance.
The reggae Musician has accepted his resemblance to Tinubu in good fate, as he expects to meet the politician soon.
Shatta Wale says in his open letter that he would love to perform one of his songs for the APC party’s presidential Flag-barrier.
The “On God” singer went further and say that he wishes the Nigerian politician would accept him as his son.
Shatta Wale posted a photo of himself neatly dressed in a kaftan against another photo of Tinubu, showing the two’s striking resemblance.

“You excellency, everyone says I look like you, so please come and take your son from Ghana ok lol,” he said in the tweet.
In a viral tweet, he adds, “they always say my father won’t come for me,so please come for me so I can perform for you one of my songs Thank you My President, May you live long Dad”

Tinubu, who was declared president-elect after defeating his opponents with 8794,726 votes, is yet to react to the post.
