Following the viral incident, Cheddar’s personal bodyguard has finally spoken as he met the man he attacked to apologize to him.
The victim who is now identified as Mr. Akuoku suffered a severe attack from the New Force security guard in Mampong during the late Daasebre Osei Bonsu’s funeral.
During a private meeting on Sunday June 8, in Accra, Cheddar’s bodyguard exchanged pleasantries with Mr. Akuoko after shaking hands to reconcile following their altercation.
Prior to that, the security guard renders an apologise to Mr. Akuoko for his unacceptable actions after punching him in the chest.
“ I sincerely apologize to Mr Akuoko, who ever gets offended about my actions last night, I will say sorry and I’m hopeful next time I will come out with good behavior — he said in a video.
This statement follows New Force’s statement to condemn its security guard’s unprofessional behaviour at the late Asante Mamponghene’s funeral.
In the statement, the political party stated that Mr. Akuoko was unarmed and only attempted to converse with Cheddar leading to his heated exchange with the security officer.
