Prophet Nicholas Osei, popularly known as Prophet Kumchacha, has disclosed how Bishop Salifu Amoako reacted to the news of his son Erald Amoako killing two ladies in East Legon accident.
According to him, Bishop Amoako is currently distraught and devastated by the news of his son was the cause of the accident that led to death of two ladies.
Kumchacha made this disclosure during his appearance on OkayFM on Monday, October 14, 2024, adding that Salifu Amoako has been unable to sleep, leaving him feeling spiritually empty.
“It is true that my own father, Archbishop-elect Salifu Amoako’s child’s car was the one that crashed into another car, leading to a fire that killed two people. We extend our condolences to the family. In fact, he has not been able to sleep. He has been so devastated by this news.
“He believes this is hard to take in and that the family should take heart because it is not easy… because if my children leave the house and, on their way, two of them die, even Bishop’s spirit and soul are almost lost,” he explained as quoted by GhanaWeb.
The horrible event occurred on Saturday, October 12, 2024, and left many shocked after footage from CCTV showed how the popular pastor’s son, Erald driving a Jaguar at high speeds, killed two ladies and left three others in critical condition.
The tape shows Eraldo driving a speeding vehicle into another vehicle ahead of it, which appears to be the two late young females.
The three people, including the driver of a Jaguar and an Acura vehicle, are said to have suffered various injuries and are battling for their lives.
Assistant Division Officer (ADO) Alex King Nartey from the Public Affairs Department of the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) confirmed the incident in an interview on Adom FM.
ADO Nartey said the deceased were in the Acura vehicle.
According to him, preliminary investigations have established that the accident was due to over-speeding.
