Why Did MTN Suspend Data Zone Bundles?
MTN data zone bundles are currently suspended temporarily. Customers who attempt to access the service normally received with the message “Y’ello! This service is temporarily unavailable. Kindly visit my app to buy your data bundles.”
The service is currently suspended, according to MTN via Twitter, and the company will notify customers when the offer is available again. “We are sorry to hear that you are unable to access our Zone bundle,” MTN told a customer.
