Nigerian artist Ayo Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has fired all Nigerian rappers as he picked Nasty C, Sarkodie and Black Sherif as his favorites in attempt to sub other Nigerian rappers.
This comes after the Grammy Award winner had said that the Rap Genre is dead, prompting numerous responses from Nigerian rappers.
He went further to claim that the rappers are broke and unworthy of his attention. The artist has now gone on to explain that he does not regard them to be true rappers.

However, Wizkid stated in a now-deleted post on his official Snapchat that only South African rapper Nasty C and Ghanaian rappers Sarkodie and Black Sherif could be deemed as rappers, while the rest of them are dumb or “sankwas”.
The ‘Essence’ hitmaker threw subliminal shots to all Nigerian rappers, telling them they are penniless : “Can’t believe y’all broke boys really thought Big Wiz will talk abt y’all && wow! – he fires.
In choosing who he regard and sees them as rappers, Wizkid said : Y’all not even rappers! nasty C/Sarkodie/black sherif the only rappers in Africa.

Wizkid also claimed how some rappers have been sending him videos asking help from him and he said: who Y’all dumb fucks Y’all keep sending una popsy rap videos! I go dey watch maybe I fit help una mama life!
