In a shocking development, rapper and fashion mogul Kanye West has been accused of drugging and sɛlkxually assaulting his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, during a party hosted by fellow musician Sean “Diddy” Combs. The allegations are detailed in a newly filed 88-page lawsuit, which has paralyzed the entertainment industry with shock.
It is claimed in the lawsuit that, the alleged assault took place during a private party where Pisciotta says she was drugged by West and later assaulted.
The lawsuit further alleges that the incident occurred at a party hosted by Diddy, but it is unclear whether Diddy had any knowledge of or involvement in the alleged assault.
These accusations come on the heels of Kanye West’s recent comments about Diddy, in which West reacted to rumors surrounding Diddy’s own legal troubles.
West claims that Diddy had been “controlled in everything he did,” a statement that sparked controversy just days before this lawsuit was made public.
The lawsuit, which details the accusations against West, alleges that Pisciotta was drugged during the party and was unable to defend herself against the assault that followed.
The legal document reportedly includes testimony from Pisciotta and other witnesses, describing the night’s events and the aftermath of the alleged assault.
Pisciotta, who had previously worked closely with West, claims that the incident left her traumatized and that she has been dealing with the psychological and emotional impact of the alleged assault ever since.
Her legal team is seeking compensation for damages as well as accountability for the events described in the lawsuit.
As at the time of writing, no photos or videos of Kanye West or his former assistant have surfaced to prove that they both attended the party.
However, Kanye West is yet to react to the accusations leveled against him by the former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta in lawsuit.
Meanwhile, Diddy’s trial has been set for May, 2025 following his arrest last month September over freak off party allegations.
According to reports, if Sean Diddy Combs is found guilty of all 126 charges, he may face life in prison.
