After facing a lot of backlash from Ghanaians, Inaki Williams has been justified by sections of Ghanaians and football lovers following the Ghana vs Egypt AFCON encounter.
Many criticised and expressed their fury on the Atheltic Bilbao winger for his back pass error that caused Egypt to equalise (1-1) in the
Kudus Mohammed, on the other hand, managed to put a smile on Ghanaians’ faces by scoring again in the 71st minute.
Another defensive error by Osman Bukari in the 18-year-old box allowed the Egyptians to tie the score (2-2) at the end of the game.

Inaki Williams against Egypt at AFCON 2023 Ivory Coast played 73 minutes, recording 0 goals, 0 assists, and 0 shots.
With this, some Ghanaians are calling for Inaki Williams’ dismissal from the Ghana national team following his shambolic performance.
However, football fans have joined into the controversy to defend Inaki Williams as they accused Jordan Ayew for the winger’s owes.
According to them, Williams made nice runs to create opportunities on the pitch, but selfish Jordan Ayew exposed the 29-year-old forward.
They also claimed that some Black Stars players conspired to derail Williams’ called up to the national squad by Head Coach Chris Hughton.
