Just days after his freedom, the “Summer Time” singer has hits the gym for a workout as he reveals in a self-recorded video shared on his Instagram page.
In the video, Vybz Kartel reveals the importance of fitness for him, especially after reuniting with his family following 13 years behind bars.
He expressed his dedication to getting fit and healthy, emphasizing how much this means to him and his loved ones.

“Dear people, I just finished working out. It’s good for a man because it’s been a decade now. I’m taking it seriously because it’s about fitness—it’s a family thing,” he shared with his fans.

However, his actual gym training began today after traveling to St Vincent and the Grenadines as well as Belize with his wife Sidem Ozturk.
The deejay was observed working on his abdomen using a treadmill while performing sit-ups routine as told by the gym instructor.

You may recall back in August Kartel was seen with thigh machine exercising his lower limb to regain the strength and fitness he lost while in prison.

Kartel has been captured lifting dumbbells at the gym while wearing a Liverpool jersey as his workout gear.
In the video, the entertainer claims that his wife Sidem Ozturk is the source of motivation for him to go to the gym to burn fat.
